Returns and refunds

If you would like to return a product and it is in its original condition we will provide a full refund or an alternative product if you prefer. Please contact us at sales@GKHero.com and we will explain how and where to return your product.

In the unlikely event that you receive a product that you believe to be faulty, or a product which is not that which you ordered, please contact us at sales@GKHero.com. If we have made a mistake, or if a fault is found in the product, we will provide a full refund or an alternative product, and we will also compensate you for the cost of returning the product to us.

Please note that we are unable to provide a refund or offer an alternative product where the original product has been ordered with printing or personalisation of any description, unless the product is faulty or not as you ordered.
